Finely woven after 17th century classical "Vase" carpets of Persia. The rich cranberry red background is decorated with stylized "Shah Abas" palmettes, vases and motifs issuing angular flowering and leafy vine.  Enclosed by multiple guard borders and a primary cocoa border with enlarged palmettes. All in variating shades of cranberry red, cocoa, grey, ivory, pomegranate, tan, beige, pink, rose  and charcoal.
